  • Negotiated favorable resolutions for debtors in commercial and residential foreclosures.
  • Obtained defense verdicts in claims for subrogation of property damage and breach of contract.
  • Member of the trial team that obtained defense verdict in multimillion dollar governmental contract dispute. 
  • Successfully represented suppliers, manufacturing companies and outside contractors against claims for negligence, breach of warranties, wrongful death and strict liability arising from exposure to asbestos and other toxic substances.
  • Defend employers before Industrial Commission relating to applications for permanent total disability, increases in permanent partial disability, termination of temporary total disability, claim allowances and treatment issues.
  • Defend insurance professionals in claims alleging failure to procure insurance, breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation.
