Concentrating on complex litigation in state and federal courts, Barb oversees research, critical analysis, drafting of various dispositive and procedural motions such as those involving discovery, filings unique to removal, federal jurisdiction, adversary proceedings, multidistrict litigation, and appellate briefs. She commits to thoroughly preparing for the examination of fact and expert witnesses, as well as witnesses for deposition in major litigation.
Due to the complex nature of the cases she handles, Barb maintains an interest, and is proficient, in emerging technology, including electronic legal research, Internet, document management software, and various databases.
