Ed has extensive experience in business, finance, public law, commercial and residential real estate and community development. As former Law Director for the City of Warrensville Heights, Ohio, Ed spent years facilitating infrastructure improvement projects, drafting legislation and advising municipal officers and safety forces.
In addition, he has served as principal outside counsel to the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority and assisted in the acquisition of the East Approach and West Approach to the downtown Tower City Center Station, as well as in the acquisition and financing of the Tower City Center Station.

- Bond Counsel and Co-Bond Counsel to the District of Columbia Housing Finance Agency in numerous FHA-Insured Multi-Family Housing Revenue Bonds transactions aggregating $51 million.
- Co-Bond Counsel to the District of Columbia in $11 million Tax Increment Financing Notes.
- Co-Underwriter's Counsel in Maryland Community Development Administration Single Family Program Bonds to refund prior Series of Bonds and Finance Mortgage Loans aggregating $88 million.
