  • Defend catastrophic injury and wrongful death actions relating to premises liability, intentional tort claims, and product liability.
  • Obtained defense verdict in favor of insurance agent in negligence and breach of contract case.
  • In a seven-figure fire subrogation case, obtained favorable settlement for fire extinguisher company showing landowner committed a variety of failures.
  • Successfully challenged methodology of plaintiff’s medical and liability experts in a mold case, excluding both experts from testifying at trial, forcing plaintiff to dismiss the case.
