  • Represented bank in restructuring loans of affiliated companies aggregating in excess of $7.5 million.
  • Represented multi-state paper products distributor in asset purchase of distributorships in Michigan and Wisconsin.
  • Represented food packaging manufacturer in negotiating license agreement with extension food safety specialist to develop Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points food safety programs.
  • Represented real estate developer in negotiating agreement for the licensing and distribution of patented energy-efficient building technology in conjunction with the redevelopment of Pontchartrain Park in New Orleans.
  • Represented licensee in negotiation of agreement to license patented technology for inclusion in internationally-distributed educational materials.
  • Negotiated Architectural Services Agreement on behalf of real estate developer for design of energy efficient modular homes.
  • Negotiated Consulting Services Agreement on behalf of development manager in conjunction with neighborhood redevelopment project.
