He represents borrowers and lenders on real estate development projects, including the negotiation and documentation of loans concerning the development of large shopping centers.
His experience includes representing owners, contractors, and subcontractors in complex commercial and industrial constructions projects and financing, drafting and negotiating AIA, construction, and design-build agreements, and representing publicly-traded sellers/lessees on multi-million dollar industrial sale and leasebacks.

- $16 million construction and building improvements, assignment of ground lease, subleasing land, and leasing improvements for technical institute.
- Represent physicians, lawyers, accountants and other professionals in partnership agreements, stock purchases, acquisitions and dispositions of assets.
- Negotiated and drafted sale and resale agreements, distributorship agreements and manufacturer’s representative agreements on behalf of a global tile manufacturer and distributor.
- Represent lenders in real estate development and construction loans, workouts, foreclosures, and agreements for deeds in lieu of foreclosure.
- Represent lenders, owners, developers, contractors and subcontractors in multi-million dollar condominium, commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Represent landlords and tenants in the negotiation and documentation of commercial (office and retail) and industrial leases.
- Represented a California-based developer of medical office buildings in connection with lot-splits, brokerage licensing and various property issues.
- Negotiated and documented loans concerning the development and construction of numerous large shopping centers in Arizona and California.
- $75 million industrial sale and leasebacks on behalf of publicly-traded seller/lessee.
