NLRB Delays Compliance Date for Employee Rights Notice Posting

The National Labor Relations Board has again delayed the compliance date for its new poster requirement and pushed back its January 31st deadline to April 30, 2012 due to numerous legal challenges. Employers who have already posted the controversial Employee Rights Notice may choose to take it down temporarily pending further developments.
