Buckley King was instrumental in formulating and structuring Ohio’s charter school law and pioneered a novel financing structure in a multimillion dollar tax-exempt bond transaction by utilizing Lease Revenue Bonds.
Utilizing our board-certified specialists in labor and employment law, Buckley King frequently works with institutions to identify risks before they become problems and offers proactive advice on best practices in employment matters.
